Shared Governance
An important part of our team approach is our Shared Governance Council. We have committees to help make decisions about many important aspects of our hospital. One example is through our Procurement Committee, which decides on every piece of equipment and material we acquire. Collectively our team members address patients' concerns, and as one team member put it, "When something needs changing, we change it." We believe this approach ultimately contributes to better patient care.
